Carlos is President and founding partner of Orange Investments and brings his investment expertise to the firm. He is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, relationships with institutional investors and providing support to all the development arms in the group. He is based in Monterrey.

Previous Experience

Prior to founding Orange Investments Carlos was COO for Desarrollos Delta, a leading Monterrey based real-estate firm which specializes in development and manages a portfolio in excess of US $250 million. Prior to starting his career in the real estate industry he served as a Management consultant for various multinational firms in the cement, glass, mining and financial sectors. In addition to his responsibilities in Orange Investments, Carlos is the founding partner of Maple, a leading property management firm in the northern section of Mexico.

Academic Background & Affiliations

Carlos graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey - ITESM as an industrial and systems engineer (IIS), has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Duxx and postgraduate studies at the Darden University in Virginia and Harvard Graduate School. Member of BOMA. He serves as professor of the Real Estate program at Monterrey Tech.
